Two beautiful families with amazing children. If I were the parents, I would be so proud of all the children. An amazing episode where everyone really tried as Eric struggled a bit. I can see his point. Eleven kids: if they had four toys/game/puzzles each that is 44, same with books, play costumes, etc. If piece of a puzzle goes missing then the younger children coming up won't get to enjoy it the same way. It costs a fortune to supply so much toys etc. for 11 children. I hope he just learns get all their gear a little more organized and then he would see what he can pass on to charity or to bin.

Batch cooking for the freezer is a great way of saving money. But then use the meals for when you are super busy, late home, whatever, not as your main meal every day in the week. This way you will have a balance of fresh and frozen dinners. Giving kids chores teaches them responsibility, but don't overdo it. Kids need to have fun. In the words of Einstein: 'Play is the highest form of research.' We can't always manage a balance but when you can, it should be everything in moderation.

My heart goes out to tall 16 year old boy. He doesn't even fit in his bed. Also super sad they wash their clothes in dirty water. Breaks my heart. Not impressed by either parents but heart goes out to the children living in the bus. Hopefully they learn a trade when older. That said the snobs should stop trying to enforce their lifestyle and assume it's best. There is dysfunction there too

I dont get the frozen sandwiches bc the bread wd b soggy when it thawed, unedible. BUT I do cook meat once a month and freeze it, chkn and hamburger (not steak or roasts its too expensive) and i do the chkn up as shake n bake spears and the hamburger with onion n garlic powder and liquid smoke; i put them into snack pack sized (3 in x 5 in) clear plastic bags, and put all of it in the freezer, with rectangular trays in the fridge. each pull out tray holds meats/ starches ie potatoes rice or noodles/ cooked veggies; one tray for each catagory. then my hubby pulls out each tray, takes one bag from each, empties them into a glass snaplid container, pours sauce on top and voila! his main daily meal for work is ready! I have one also at lunch, my main daily meal. for dinner we have soup and fruit only. I freeze single serving bags of potatoes, rice or noodles, same with veggies. u use far less power, water and energy doing it this way, and far less clean up also. I also wash clothes with dish soap Dawn 4x, far far cheaper than detergent, its 6 cents per large load, far easier than buying clothes detergent. just hold a spoonful 1.5 tablespoons of dawn 4x under the incoming water in washer, let sudz build for 30 seconds, then add clothes. doing this for years, works great.

These two are quite extreme. One side's children will be very difficult to climb up in human society. One side's children are prejudiced and spoiled by materials that won't survive poor life or disaster.

Latoya is a spoiled brat who'll be completely useless as a wife and mom herself unless she marries a rich husband. Penina is a fanatic. She could use a lot more fun in her life because her children are really living a dull life. Kelly on the other hand is confrontational and disrespectful to her husband. Finally, I'm not convinced this show ever changes lives. People will continue to behave the way they've learned how to behave and in accordance with their beliefs, habits, values and life goals. I think it's entertaining to watch though.

The bus lady is neglecting her kids and I’m all for unschooling to a degree. Shes full of ego and selfish. Shes unrealistic and setting her lods up for a struggling life. I don't agree with the timer being used for breakfast nor the protein shakes that are all chemicals. Eating a healthy freshly cooked breakfast is the way to go. I do however agree with being strict with kids on technology because it just makes them into zombies. Technology is only good in well moderated quantities cos otherwise you are ruining and wasting your own life from an early age doing nothing but play. an also ruining your eyes as well and @ 35-40 will be already wearing glasses. Now, how stupid is that ! Now about the mom in red. she is an absolute mess and she thinks is unrouteable and feels very offended with anything that she doesn't like. Crying at the table over one of her kids why he left the house and being offended by that is also a huge stupidity from her part. The other mum did them very good by establishing clear rules and adopting a proper diet to them and teaching them a few thing like folding clothes, shoe lases etc. This proves how well organized and down to earth she really is even though I don't totally admit on how she overly strict she is with her real kids !? But overall both families had somethings to learn from the other parties.

Angeline is so hypocritical and inflexible. She promotes democracy when it involves trivial matters such as deciding on the next stop but not when it comes to crucial life decisions that go against her beliefs and the limited childhood experience she had such as education. Tenille on the other hand was the one I expected to dislike just because of stereotypes about rich people but how mistaken this thinking was. She's actually the type of woman who has the potential to bring the best out of her partner simply because she wants to see him succeed and stays away from toxic behavior and arguments. Her husband is not very likable but he's not that bad either. I also believe this experience was an eyeopener for Bob and I seriously hope he's no-longer with Angeline. This guy is a hidden gem that needs to shine and with a supportive partner he'll turn his life and those of his children upside down for the best. Those poor kids deserve a much better life and way more opportunities but Angeline is standing in their way and needs to be removed. How much more nature discovering can they do which they haven't done already? How are those children going to find life partners with a nomad life like that and no privacy, future, planning, or social life!!
